Service : more than professional. And also, we were served before the official opening hour.
Food : Go. You have to try the Coleslaw after the Cheeseburger, the mix of both on the palate is crazy good. Minimalist menu, always a good sign. Best french fries we have had in years "Belgian style."
Atmosphere : Music connoisseurs won't be deceived, and the volume is mixed perfectly. You can hear yourselves speaking to each other while having the perfect amount of intimacy.
We were able to change our baby safely without any fuss. What a nice guy Gauvin is. Very funny guy also ! Very "frenchie" ????, a lovely lovely welcome to Nantes/France.
