Bon séjour, avec un super accueil pour ma petite famille et notre chienne Pandora, qui a été très gâtée et à adoré les friandises.
Chambre spacieuse et très confortable. Très bon petit déjeuner et équipe au petit soins. Nous allons revenir très vite c’est sur!!

We stayed at the hotel on our way back to the UK and unbeknown to us it was a local music festival that weekend. Upon either booking or arrival we were not informed of the fact that festivities may go on late into the night, which for us would be a problem as we had an early start in the morning and an 8 hour drive ahead of us. Our room was situated directly above the courtyard and the noise continued until well after 4am. The noise could be heard clearly even with the windows closed. We looked to find a member of staff at around 3am but the only staff around were bar staff who were "too busy" to help. The following morning we complained to the receptionist, who simply said "it is the music festival weekend that is why" I said wouldn't it have been a good idea to have told us and then to add insult to injury she just shrugged her shoulders and went back to her computer screen. We have stayed in many Accor hotels from Ibis to Novotel and have never experienced such lack of care or staff rudeness before!!!
