We arrived for a 4 night stay. Reception was quick and easy and staff were very polite. Hotel room was very clean and cleaned every day with fresh towels. I would have liked tea and coffee facilities but that was the only preference. There was a free drinking water fountain in the reception area and ideal for topping up your water bottle. Breakfast was great - cold meats, cheeses, cereals, great variety of breads, hot buffet with scrambled eggs and sausages and tea/coffee and fruit juices. Evening meals were good too. Limited parking but it was never full so not an issue. Overall an excellent hotel in the town centre. Wonderful staff and good food . Will stay there again.

Chaque fois que je suis de passage à Saint Omer (FR) de suite je réserve l'Hôtel Ibis*** de Saint Omer. Très bien situé en plein centre ville, le personnel est également très serviable.

I booked this hotel for an overnight stay prior to crossing the channel via Eurotunnel. It is in the centre of town, conveniently placed in an interesting town with a good choice of bars and restaurants. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the hotel is comfortable and clean.

The location of this hotel is very convenient as it is definitely central in Saint-Omer. The staff is kind but the rooms are small and very outdated. If you like very basic comfort, this is for you. If not, choose the Mercure hotel in Saint-Omer.

Great value! Staff very friendly and whole hotel has a truly lovely vibe. Yes, rooms are small, but not a problem. Breakfast is excellent and hotel has super location. Ask for a room facing car park if you want peace and quiet. We always ask for room facing road as love to hear the French noise. If you want quiet and huge rooms, get a room in the country!

Très bien situé. Les chambres sont propres mais un peu petites. Pas de bouilloire dans la chambre. Le parking privé coûte 10€/jour. Le petit déjeuner est un peu onéreux car pas de jus de fruits frais, viennoiseries surgelées, pas de yaourt aux fruits. Le personnel est sympathique

Beautiful setting. Good position for getting out and about on foot lots to see and do. Quirky reception behind the bar, staff were all friendly and welcoming. Good choices on their menu. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom a typical hotel shower room. Only down side no air conditioning luckily it wasn’t too hot. Blink and you miss the car park entrance, it is a very tight turn in and not a lot of spaces but they do have EV charging points. There is on street parking close by if the car part is full. Nice outside seating to enjoy a glass of wine or beer and watch the world go by.

Very friendly and professional staff in this centrally located hotel with its own car park (10€ per night). However the room, whilst clean, was extremely disappointing. The lack of electric outlets, the dismal decoration and the very poor water pressure in the shower sadly detracted from any other positives about the hotel. I have stayed in several Ibis hotels and this is not a good example.

Pour l'emplacement bien au centre pas besoin de voiture, par contre si vous venez avec votre voiture pas sure que vous avez votre place au sein du parkings payant malgré que vous aurez payé le temps de votre séjour

Petit weekend entre amis, Hôtel très bien situé pour visiter centre ville à pied,et pour découvrir la région en moto, chambre un peu petit,mais bien dormi, personnel très sympathique toujours la pour vous aider.Petit déjeuner copieux.

Nous avions réservé 3 nuitées. Évidemment on nous loge côté rue pour ne pas dormir pendant… . Le restaurant en soirée manquait de personnel, au petit déjeuner pareil. Une personne doit tenir le bar, débarrasser éventuellement les tables et assumer les départs de clients. Pour les chambres, c’est très petit. On manque d’air, car les fenêtres ne s’ouvrent pas complètement. Le bar est bien, calme, sauf quand la gérante vient changer les couches d’un bébé sur une table du restaurant….bon appétit à tous et toutes. Ah oui dernier bémol, quand un client a dit au revoir à cette gérante, el a répondu : c’est vous qui voyez.

Lovely, friendly staff the hotel is situated within an easy stroll of the main square and local park. Secure parking is extra, but worth it for peace of mind. The hotel has a great bar and restaurant and WiFi is free and reliable.
The only negatives were the double room was small and no hot drink making facilities in the room.

We hebben enorm genoten van onze uitstap naar St. Omer. We logeerden hier zeer goed. Centraal gelegen in de stad. Vlakbij de mooie kathedraal van St. Omer. het restaurant was zeer goed. We hebben 's avonds twee keer in het hotel ???? gegeten. Eerder kleine kamer maar we waren overdag telkens weer weg. Men kan zich ook rustig in de bar installeren om een boek te lezen. Met of zonder drankje. Vriendelijk personeel. Groetjes van Paul en Helena

Toiles d araignées dans la chambre. Joints dans la salle de bain moisi. Pas de brosse pour nettoyer les toilettes.

presque bien situé, mais contre une rue pavée, et l isolation phonique n est pas efficace (j ai séjourné à Lyon, contre le périphérique, aucun bruit de circulation une fois les fenêtres fermées) la chambre presque propre, moquette au sol, poussiéreuse, une épingle à cheveu a séjourné avec nous ( trois nuits) le ménage a été fait une fois, enfin, les serviettes ont été changé, pas les verres. Le personnel juste poli, pas acceuillant , presque pas concerné, n hésitant pas à continuer la conversation entre eux, même si d évidence on a besoin d eux. la salle de restaurant sans cesse traversée par le personnel. pour le petit déjeuner il faut faire la navette d un bout à l autre entre la mchine à boisson chaude et le buffet, surtout si vous avez la malchance comme nous de tomber sur un débarquement de crs ....

J'ai été accueilli par Laetitia à la réception. J'ai pu obtenir une chambre au pied levé. J'ai séjourné 2 nuits au sein de votre établissement. Personnel au petit soin, propreté irréprochable. Le petit-déjeuner était gargantuesque et le bar m'a permis de découvrir quelques cocktails ravissants. Merci à toute l'équipe de l'hôtel IBIS et à sa gérante pour la qualité des prestations et l'accueil chaleureux dont j'ai pu bénéficier. Je recommande !

En déplacement professionnel, nous avons passé la nuit dans cet hôtel avec une collègue.
Nous avons "bénéficié" des chambres an face de l'ascenseur et au dessus du restaurant. Impossible de dormir entre les aller et venu et le déplacement du mobilier du restaurant à 4h du matin pour effectuer le ménage.
Si vous devez y séjourné demander des chambres au second étage.

Restaurant très très bon plat de grande qualité avec une quantité plus que suffisante personnel et patronne très agréable le seule dommage c est que j ai pas pu avoir le dessert que je voulais ( nougat glacé)

Reasonable food, good beers, generous breakfast. The parking space is limited, and the rooms are rather small - but cover all the basics. Overall a good place to break the journey on the to / from France ????????
