Nice site on the edge of town ,hedged pitches , clean new toilets and shower block , motorhome water fill up , chem toilet dump etc. 20 min walk, 5min on a bike to town / beach , super market and fuel 10 minute drive up the road.

3 jours en camping car. Accueil très sympa et chaleureux. Emplacements spacieux avec électricité en supplément. Endroit très propre et calme. Zone de chargement et déchargement des eaux grises et noires top. Possibilité de navettes le weekend. On reviendra

15 minute walk to beautiful beach. Good size pitches with hedges but no tree shade. Facilities just refurbished. Quiet at night.

We have stayed at Stoneham a few times and its advantages are less than a 20 minute walk into town, decent sized pitches and the site is well maintained. Seems they are now doing something about their outdated sanitary facilities but we were not warned that the block has been closed for this purpose, and that we would need to use the only other facilities available and that these were now unisex. Unfortunately this also means that there are builders onsite with concrete mixers vans and workers entering and leaving. One particular van came speeding into the site where children were playing in complete disregard for their safety. Hopefully the end result will have been worth it.
3 ème fois qu'on y va, on y retournera.
