Völlig unkompliziert das Ein- und Auschecken. Die Zimmer sind modern und schlicht ausgestattet . Das Frühstücksbuffet nicht üppig, aber völlig ausreichend. Sehr nette Mirarbeiter. Bequemes Bett. Angenehm nah zum Fährhafen. Allerdings auch nah an der Autobahn. Empfehlenswert.

Das Hotel haben wir für eine Nacht gebucht. Die Zimmer und das Bad sind sehr sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Parkplatz ausreichend groß. Das Frühstück hat einen angemessenen Preis. Hunde sind willkommen und es gibt sogar im Frühstücksraum einen extra Bereich wo Hunde erlaubt sind.

Quel dommage de faire du relooking et de ne pas se préoccuper plus de la qualité des installations notamment la pomme de douche qui n'arrête pas de couler.
une chambre a 86€50 pour deux personnes alors qu'il n'y a qu'une chaise pour pouvoir déjeuner le matin et la lumière qui est vraiment très juste dans les chambres.

We have stayed at this hotel scores of time so we really notice the changes.
The refurbishment and decoration have been excellent - a real improvement.
There were no police or police vehicles at all - but they will return soon!
The menu choices for the evening meal have changed completely - not too serious for my wife and myself but I guess a lot of people will not be happy with the changes.
One thing that hasn't changed is the quality of the staff - professional, efficient and friendly, it's nice to be recognised and remembered!

As a well-heeled traveller, comfort, convenience and affordability are top of the list. B&B hotels offered all of this and more. Just a stone's throw from a big shopping mall with all sorts of stores, bars and eateries. Only minutes away from Eurotunnel. Recommended for a short weekend stay.

Très satisfait de la prestation de l'hôtel, je n'ai eu rien a demander, il y avait tout à disposition, prix correct, petit déjeuner très bien, la literie était confortable et propre, tout comme la chambre et l'hôtel en général, un bon moment passé dans cet hôtel.

I stayed here with my three children after a late crossing on the Eurotunnel. It’s an ideal location - just a few minutes after getting off the Eurotunnel we were there. Free parking was a bonus. Check in was quick and easy. The room was a good size and we all slept well. We’ll definitely use again in future.

At the end of a long day of travelling, all we want is somewhere easy to reach at the end of the Eurotunnel. Hotel B&B serves our needs perfectly - 24 hour reception, clean and comfortable rooms, quiet and safe location. We come back each year as it couldn't be better for what we need.

Very good stay for a shopping trip with a friend. The hotel staff was very welcoming, very nice and helpful. The hotel overall and the room were very clean, good breakfast with a good choice. The room is spacious, nice decor, the bed good quality. The location was perfect. Will use it again and I recommend it.

Weekend sympa, personnel sympathique et disponible,serviable, chambre spacieuse et confortable, literie de très bonne qualité, nombreuse prises USB, petit déjeuner copieux,grand parking gratuit et facilement accessible (faire attention petite hauteur entre la chambre et la salle d eau),en face de l'hôtel cité Europe,nombreux commerces, restaurants, cinéma, bowling.

I always choose the 3 * when catching the Eurotunnel the following morning! A short 7 minute drive to check-in. ( A little longer than it used to be as the direct route is closed due to building work at the old Pet Reception site. So you have to get back to the motorway to take the Eurotunnel turnoff shortly after, so effectively doubling back on yourself.) It is always clean, quiet, with a safe car park due to the Police/Douane staff using the facilities of the three hotels in the complex! I get always great service from the reception staff at whatever time of the night I arrive, usually rather grumpy after a long drive! The lino floors are great for travelling with pets. There is a kettle for making tea/coffee - not usual in French hotels at all. Plus BBC World News on the telly. Beds are super comfy and the shower always hot with good pressure. It has a separate bathroom. The lighting in the car park has recently improved too. There is dinner and breakfast facilities there, although I haven't used them. There are a few eateries close by, too. Plus a Carrefour service station 300 metres away.
If the 3* is full, the 2* shares the same car park but is not 24 hr reception so you check in and get a room code, if you haven't chosen the online check-in during the day. The rooms are smaller with a shower cubicle and separate loo, and coffee machine in the entrance hall ( no kettle).
Both have lifts which the one at Coquelles does not.
