It’s enjoyable to see the merchandise—fresh fish and seafood, decently presented. ????
Still, I can’t help but feel that the fish market in Boulogne-sur-Mer is much better overall. ⚖️
That said, I don’t think the drive from Calais to Boulogne and back is really worth it just for the bump in quality. ????
So in the end, this market feels “just right” for what it is and where it is. ????
The people working here are good—friendly, efficient, and honest. ????
