I found this hotel expensive considering the condition of the chalet style room. The room needed total modernisation. I did not like the woodchip wallpaper or oldfashioned style of furniture. The wood floor was sticky by the bedside cabinet and the threshold strip missing from the bathroom. The internal door would not stay shut either when closed. My pillow was so flat I had a crick in my neck sleeping on it and there were no others in the room. The hotel staff were friendly and efficient however but the hotel was difficult to find too. Overall 3 star but I would not stay here again by choice.

Ideal place to stay over for the tunnel about 10 minutes away, nice clean room, and secure parking

First the positive: Nice and helpful staff, good breakfast. A baby cot was provided free of charge. Unfortunately, the parking lot was very crowded and narrow late in the evening. Our room also smelled musty. Okay for one night before the ferry crossing, but nothing more.

Very basic rooms but clean good breakfast quiet 10 minutes from ferry. I thought it over priced for what it was but I guess you are paying for location

El servicio de la recepción es muy malo. No son capaces de asesorarte en algo tan simple e IMPORTANTE como que hasta las 9 de la mañana no se consiguen taxis, por lo cual, si tienes que moverte con una valija mediana o grande NO VAYAS A ESE HOTEL! Perdí 90 Euros en pasaje de tren y creo que voy tan retrasada por su culpa que puedo perder mi vuelo de regreso. Es IMPRESCINDIBLE QUE SI TRABAJAS PARA EL TURISMO BRINDES ASESORAMIENTO IMPORTANTE. Muy mal servicio al cliente.
