Das Zimmer ist schon recht in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bad ist echt alt. In der Dusche gab es nur Kater bis lauwarmes Wasser. Das Frühstücksbuffet war OK. Aber insgesamt für über 80€ füe ein Einzelzimmer zu teuer.

Good restaurant terrific customer service, rooms are average, heater didn't work, nor did the hairdryer not really clean, only 1 coffee, tea, sugar & milk for 2 people ... they did give me more when requested. This hotel is in total need of renovating

Barking dogs at 11pm!||Heating looked very dubious.||Bathroom minimal. Paper cups.||Very poor vegetarian food options. No children's food options at all. No vegan options at all.||Came down to breakfast to find the staff member looking at porn on his phone. Didn't seem to care that I'd noticed or that my 2 daughters also noticed.||Coffee machine broken.||No milk alternatives.||Basic breakfast. Small croissants and pain au chocolates.||I don't care how near the tunnel it is, it's a hovel and you should avoid it.
Personnel (Valentin) très accueillant est attachant chambre très propre nous avons manger ce soir là au restaurant ou cela c’est très bien passé chambre très propre le petit déjeuner très correct pour le prix nous reviendront rapidement dès lors notre retour

The staff at le Cottage are so accommodating and kind. A five star service, morning and night. We have stayed here a few times and will do so again. It is very handy for the Shuttle terminal, it has free secure parking and the restaurant is surprisingly good. It’s the heart that counts, don’t be put off by the photos!

Comfortable rooms and fantastic location for me as very close to Eurotunnel which was just what I needed for an early morning crossing. Friendly and helpful staff and onsite parking.
We expected more of Logis, having had outstanding service elsewhere. First we were given a room stinking of tobacco, this was changed when we complained, but the decor was at best tired and smelt stale. It was obvious the young and hard working receptionist was coping alone, and seemed panicked when she wrongly thought we wanted to have dinner - there was one guy dining and she was obviously knocking stuff up in the kitchen alone, as well as manning reception, the phones, and the bar. Retiring to bed, we found there was no hot water to shower. The owner did appear quickly when called and agreed the hot water was inexplicably turned off and that it would take an hour to heat up.... Of the 4 EV charging points, 1 was broken and 2 out of order (not sure what the difference is). The low power 22kw charger was already occupied. We are not looking forward to breakfast.
A tired hotel providing adequate accommodation in a good position for the motorway and access to Le Shuttle. Clean but in need of refurbishment. Comfortable. Think receptionist was new as forgot to tell us where the bedroom was. Chipped dishes which I wouldn't use, apple juice already run out when we arrived for breakfast at 7am. Inexpensive and convenient, and open 24 hrs.
Calais is renowned for having a large number of poor quality hotels.|This one is a doozie!|Cold and unwelcoming, and lacking any graces whatsoever, it has little to recommend itself. The room was clean!|There was one person who was the receptionist, bar server, waitress, and "cook" (it is all hugely overpriced "ping" food.)|People say, "but things could be worse." Yeah, for the migrants living rough!|Staying here is not "a walk on the wild side." It is stop off for the living dead.
Teljesen rendben volt minden. Szokásos francia vidéki hotel. Szoba tiszta, minden működik. Egy éjszaka volt reggelivel, a megszokott francia menüvel. Este vacsoráztam, kielégítő volt. Összességében jó volt. Ajánlom.

الميزة الوحيدة في الفندق (على الرغم من سعره المبالغ فيه ) هو وجوده بالقرب من نفق قطار السيارات المسافرة لبريطانيا. وكذلك قريب بالسيارة من وسط كاليه وبالقرب منه خدمات (مطاعم، محطة بنزين، مول).
الغرف ضيقة والأثاث قديم.
يعيبه الازعاج وعدم الراحة في النوم. طوال الليل تسمع صوت السيارات في الخارج فهو يقع على الشارع العام. الأسوأ من ذلك هو إزعاج بار الفندق. نزلاء الفندق يشربون وتعلوا أصواتهم حتى وقت متأخر من الليل. يجب على الفندق وضع باب عازل للصوت بين البار وبين الغرف.
الغرفة العائلية عبارة عن غرفتين متصلتين، لايوجد في الغرفة سوى منشفة واحدة صغيرة.
الخروج الساعة ١١ ووضعنا على الباب ورقة عدم الازعاج ومع ذلك من قبل الساعة العاشرة وهم يدقون الباب باستمرار لتذكيرك بالخروج!!!!
Es gibt keine Hausnummer. Wir haben eine halbe Stunde gesucht und dann das Hotel angerufen, um uns die Adresse mitzuteilen! Es wäre besser gewesen, wenn die Adresse genau auf Booking angegeben worden wäre. Ansonsten ist alles in Ordnung, das Hotel ist sauber, ruhig und es gibt einen Parkplatz

L'hôtel est bien situé si vous voulez aller prendre le tunnel sous la manche ou faire du shopping cité de l'Europe, mais éloigné du centre., le personnel accueillant et agréable.
Les chambres sont vieillottes et malgré une tentative de rénovation, les finitions ne sont pas au rendez-vous.
La minuterie du couloir ne permet pas d'atteindre la chambre avec de la lumière, et la douche est assez vétuste (le pommeau ne tient pas, ce sont encore des rideaux de douche donc gare à l'inondation...) sans compter que les chambres sont très petites. Le son de la télé est limité ce qui est génant quand on a un problème d'audition...
La restauration était correcte pour le dîner, et le petit déjeuner des plus agréables.
Hôtel valable pour une nuit mais nous n'aurions pas apprécier y séjourner d'avantage.
Personnel parfait attentionné, la personne qui servait et qui préparait le dîner, le faisait avec goût. Nous venons régulièrement dans cet établissement. Je ne connais pas ni le personnel ni l’encadrement. Merci.
