HÔTEL RÉSIDENCE DU GOLF

Très bon établissement et son personnel très sympathique et à l'écoute!
Petit bémol pour les chambres qui se trouvent en face de la réception, un peu plus bruyantes mais sinon je recommande !

Je recommande l’hôtel, nous étions chambre, 326|La chambre était très propre, il manquait juste un sèche-cheveux |Le personnel est très gentil, en ce qui me concerne le bruit nous avons eu aucun souci, nous sommes à la mer donc c’est normal d’entendre des mouettes le matin et quelques voitures mais rien qui nous a empêché de dormir|Le petit déjeuner était très bon

STAY AWAY FROM HERE. FRAUD

I booked to stay for a few days through booking.com, it states pay at the property and also in the terms and conditions to pay at the property. however without any permission they fraudulently took money from me. Booking.com have tried to call them to ask why as they do not give them permission to do so, please do also remember they only had my card details because booking.com had shared with them.

Some hotel in the terms and conditions state they will charge a holding deposit or booking.com with try to verify the card. This is not the case with this hotel. They are not authorised to charge card.

I HAVE CALL THEM, BOOKING.COM HAS CALLED THEM. I HAVE EMAILED THEN AND MESSAGE THROUGH THE BOOKING.COM APP - NO REPLY

Stayed here for two nights on our way back to uk, booked it knowing it has a kitchennet. The location was great, onsite parking not a problem to get space and our room #214 was reasonable and clean. Slightly inconvenient not having toilet in the bathroom, and not having a wash basin in the toilet. Also hand wash was same as body wash placed in the shower slightly uneasy to get. Apart from that the room had a kitchennet, working electric hob, fridge freezer and a sink but no utensils or cutlery, being vegetarian and not many options to eat out we opted to eat in and to our surprise the hotel refused to provide utensils and cutlery and therefore 3*.
We had a dog and had to pay an additional €10 a night, other hotels we stayed in where they charged for pets, a water bowl, pet bed and treats were provided for the dog but here nothing was provided.
On a positive note location is great, literally step out of the hotel cross the road and you're at the beach! I guess it's going to a be amazing place to live at in summer.
