Le service de sommellerie a su répondre présent à tous les accords mets vins que ça soit du service champagne au service vins.
Le service est au rendez-vous ! Cela fait plaisir de se sentir chez soi tout en étant au restaurant, idée confirmée par le chef lui-même. La décoration est sublime et l’environnement est extrêmement calme et relaxant.
La cuisine est de haute voltige avec un ensemble de saveurs digne d’un restaurant 2 étoiles. Nous avons tous été comblés par la restauration en 5 services dont 3 ont choisi le menu truffe.
L’implication du chef dans le choix d’orienter ses menus sur les ingrédients présents et cultivés ou produits dans le Nord me fait d’autant plus plaisir.
Je recommande a 200 %.

The grounds are lovely to stroll around after your meal and there's a nice shop to find that perfect gift. Apparently, during the summer, they have the outside BBQ and smoker going... we'd love to taste what that's like.
Note, we did not stay overnight so can't comment on the rooms, but it looked very nice and in a super quiet neighborhood. I highly recommend to stop by the high end or the brasserie for a well presented meal, but don't forget to make your reservations early.
Plus, there are a few EV Chargers available for free use in the parking lot : )
