When we arrived there and kindly said "hello, table for two", the servant/owner responded to us "only for French". We were very surprised, angry and disappointed. I understand that in some places there may apply some special rules, but there was no information on Google maps or in the front door. On Monday about 16 it was difficult to find some restaurants which were serving food not only snacks. Anyway it is strange. According to Google maps there was but because we aren't French there refused us. We spent time and made an effort to achieve this place in the not flat city. On that day we ate a baguette at our accommodation place...
There was our first trip to France and because people like this, we lost faith in the kindness of this country.
Dies macht Sinn und lohnt sich, denn der Wirt ist nicht nur Wirt, sondern ein sehr guter Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt und haben bei allen anderen Gästen auch die gleiche Gastfreundschaft erlebt. Wunderbar!
Das Essen war herrlich! Authentisch, gut und preiswert, genauso mögen wir es. Kein künstliches Chichi sondern ehrliche, gute Küche. Wir kommen mit Genuss wieder und werden vorher reservieren- vielen Dank für einen wunderschönen Abend! Preis-Leistung außergewöhnlich!
