Staff friendly and attentive.|Room was clean and bed comfortable. Room small with unsuitable tired furniture. No luggage stand, but writing desk provided instead. No air conditioning, fan provided.|Breakfast was basic but good. |Restaurant waiter was helpful and accommodating.|Overall pleasant stay but quite pricey compared to other places.|Private secure parking available at a fee.|Short walk to Belfry and picturesque square with restaurants and bar.

Wir waren auf der Durchreise von der Bretagne, das Auto voll beladen, daher war uns ein sicherer Parkplatz wichtig. Parkplatz liegt im Innenhof des Hotels. Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer zum Innenhof, 2 getrennte Betten, sehr sauber und ruhig. In der Bar sitzt man ruhig und kann abends noch was trinken. Innenstadt fußläufig gut erreichbar. Ich empfehle das historische Hotel.

Kamers moeten dringend vernieuwd of minstens opgefrist worden. Avondeten niet ok, in voorschoteltje met kip, geen kip teruggevonden, enkel aardappel en appel. De frietjes waren oh zo vettig en volgens de ober was de salade op. Echt niet ok.

Room: If you are facing the courtyard (not sure how many rooms do) it can be quite bright in the room so ask for a room elsewhere if this will affect you. Bed was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was a little dated but everything was clean and functioned.
Service: Quite a hasty check in (I did arrive late) but the staff were polite and friendly.
Location: Excellent location in a quiet area of Arras, close to the motorway that goes both to Paris and to Calais, perfect for an overnight stop.
Breakfast: Great value, plenty on offer and lots of tables to sit at.
