Très bel endroit et cet hôtel a sûrement été un bel hôtel mais les prestations ne sont pas au niveau d'un 4 étoiles
- personne ne vous propose de monter les valises en chambres
- bonne literie mais drap pas a la bonne taille
- douche qui fuît et eau chaude inconstante
- un robinet dévissée
- un service au petit déjeuner quasi nul: il faut réclamer pour que ce soit reachalander, eau pour les œufs coque tièdes, et quand vous demandez alors vraiment vois déranger

La nourriture est délicieuse, les prix sont raisonnables et le service est très sympathique et attentif. Le décor est élégant et bien entretenu. Je recommande vraiment ce restaurant à tous ceux qui cherchent une expérience culinaire inoubliable. Un très bon séjour dans un charmant hôtel, avec un personnel très chaleureux et à l’écoute. Merci très bon séjour , juste ce bruit le dimanche matin à l aube côté parking une moto et l aspirateur de bonne heure en tapant dans les murs mais pas très important le séjour était bien et le personnel vraiment bien et polit …

The hotel in my opinion is tired, very tired--the brick internal decor certainly not warm and friendly. The bar design peculiar, the carpets (all) worn and faded. My room had cheap white painted pine furnishings. The Tv was good. A lack of quality|The outside window shades unbeleiveably filthy and broken in part|The exterior paint work in the yard very shabby in part The staff did not smile when booking in or out because they had nothing to smile about Car park arrangement good

A comfortable, if slightly dated, corporate hotel slap bang in the centre of Arras, convenient for facilities and sightseeing in the area. My team of eight needed a base for one night in early May from which to explore the WW1 1917 battlefields east of the city. Parking our 9-seater minibus in their courtyard overnight was no bother to them, for a small fee, although a bit tight. Rooms were not expensive, but not inexpensive either, given my own attic room was a bit cramped and had little in the way of privacy curtains. But mold on the sealant in the shower tray is an absolute no-no for a four star hotel costing €145 per night. Staffing seamed a bit tight too; on a couple of occasions I had to go in search of someone to serve drinks at the start of the evening and the bar was closed when we returned from dinner later on. Breakfast wasn't expensive although, again, I had to chase the only staff member staff to keep the cooked element of it stocked up. We may have caught them on a bad day. But four star hotels shouldn't have bad days. Convenience to the centre of Arras is its best usp, but my three stars for them was only just so.
