Il ne faut pas passer à côté de cette pépite, le chez est un véritable magicien de la cuisine ! Nous avons craqué pour le menu champignons/truffe en accord et vin et c'est une véritable tuerie ! Le service est très souriant, avec une touche d'humour.
L'atmosphère est reposante, dans un cadre d'exception.
Nous allons très souvent au restaurant, et c'est un sans faute, la perfection. Bravo et merci au chef et à son équipe.

We had an incredible meal here as part of a Gastronomique weekend package at Le Monastere. The restaurant itself is elegant and the table settings wonderfully curated with artisanal pottery and cutlery (I want to find that wedge of a butter knife for my home!) The meal is an experience with course after course of creativity and taste. We were introduced to St Mont wine by our server, which we enjoyed and paired nicely with the meal, as well as a couple local Armagnacs, which we're looking forward to exploring even more and were a wonderful way to cap off a perfect meal. I can't compare it to the Bistro (as we didn't eat there on our far too short of a stay) but La Table is definitely worth the splurge. I can't wait to come back when next in southwest France. I would definitely make a detour to eat (and stay at the monastery) again.

Un endroit magnifique, une cuisine très variée et excellente, une carte des vins très fourni, un service aux petits oignons, bref une adresse à découvrir !!

Très belle assiette dans un cadre charmant. Le service était impeccable et l’accord mets et vins généreux et très bien choisi. Tout était parfait !

PS : arrivez 1/4 d’heure avant pour admirer la Piété du XIIe siècle dans l’église du Monastère.
