We have eaten here a number of times in hopes of trying to understand why others give this restaurant a strong review. But, this time it was truly not good at all, on all fronts, except the wine ordered which was excellant. To us, this restaurant is attempting to be something it's clearly not. The food was completely sub-par which I won't even go into. The atmosphere needs serious help. The only small saving grace was that the server at least was pleasant and smiled although never returned to the table to "check" on us after each course was served. Note to restaurant owners - you should meet and greet all guests equally and not just a very select few who you obviously knew. For what it's worth (as I'm sure the chef can cook) - just try to serve great food that is well prepared and nicely presented instead of attempting ultra fussy dishes that simply do not work for most diners. Very disappointing when we know it has a lot more potential than what we experienced that night!
