Excellent degustation. The range of wines is good-note, there are more whites available than red. The hostess for our tasting (in French) was very knowledgeable and provided answers to our questions. The Sauvignon and Gros Manseng whites were very good but my pick was the Les Hauts de Guillaman pure merlot. Glorious but apparently not easily available in the UK.
