Visite instructive et passionnante du domaine Laguille à Eauze dans le Gers (1h30 de Toulouse), par une famille de passionnés, producteurs de vins de Gascogne, de floc et d'Armagnac.
Découverte de la distillation à l'alambic, visite des chais de vieillissement et de vinification, du pressoir, des vignes et dégustation bien sûr ????

Made very welcome by a most polite and pleasant lady who spoke perfect English.She invited us to thé tasting room and gave us an explanation of the different wines then poured different ones for us to try. We made our our purchases and left.
It was a most pleasant interlude on our journey to San Sebastian .
Excellent white wine at a good price

Nous avons adoré cette visite. Nous avons ressenti l'amour qu'ont les propriétaires pour leur production et pour leur famille. C'est un endroit très convivial, avec des prix raisonnables. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

We had a wonderful dégustation with charming and friendly Dutch vigneron Edwin at the bio organic Domaine Laguillé this week. No chemicals on the land, grows wild flowers between the vines, encourages birds and insects, tries to be in harmony with nature as much as possible. Hand picked grapes, traditional methods of wine making, hand bottling, hand labelling. This is a very special place and well worth a visit.
