Basic hotel 3 mins walk to Limoges airport and car rental service. Friendly staff. Very reasonable rates. Great for overnight stay to chill before your flight.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Petit dejeuner very basic and pricey at €12. No refreshment making facilities in room. Pleasant service mostly.

Very basic , cold and expensive for what you get. I had never been in a hotel where there is just one person doing all - they may even change the rooms??

I had the most unpleasant experience, in this hotel. The staff were consistently low level rude and unhelpful. The dinner was barely edible. Advocado so hard that I couldn’t cut it with a knife and fork, freezing cold salad. A supermarket piece of fish and a pastry pudding that had been heated to very hot on the edges and was still frozen in the centre. I sent it back, the manager insisted that I pay for the pudding - he became insulting and confrontational. I paid and left in a taxi and had to find a room in the city because I felt too uneasy and upset by the manner and language of the manager. |Logis hotels have apologised to me.

I arrived at Les Alizes exhausted after a three and a half hour bus journey from Toulouse as my plane had been diverted there. There were a number of other people at reception. An elderly lady was attempting to pay her bill by credit card. The receptionist, who was by herself, seemed unable to operate the card machine. In fact, she had to call up someone else and then held her camera phone to the machine while he ( I suspect Monsieur Monchatre the manager) gave her instructions what to do. Unfortunately, she repeatedly got it wrong to the displeasure of the person on the line.|More people arrived in reception not only to check in but to obtain the code to leave the parking area. It was complete chaos! It was totally unfair to leave someone inadequate to cope with the hotel’s clients. I tried to explain this to the manager on the phone but he ignored me.||I eventually managed to check in. I asked for a ground floor room because of problems with my back. She said that my room was on that level and then promptly indicated a staircase to the basement ! I gave up at that stage and climbed downstairs. The room was adequate apart from a dirty toilet brush.||The only glimmer of light was that, for the first time in my experience, the hotel was serving a minimal dinner.||This was NOT a pleasant encounter!

From the beginning until the very end of my stay at this establishment was diabolical.
Two days before my arrival, I sent the reception team an email - no reply. I called the hotel in the evening before arriving to find out if the restaurant would be open and if so, what they would be serving. They had the audacity to tell me 'can't you find something to eat at Limoges Bénédictins because the chef is too tired and cannot be bothered to cook.
When I arrived, there was no one at the reception desk to greet me or the driver. I was waiting there for a good 5-10 minutes before someone, who was incredibly rude, noticed my arrival.
There was no one on the reception desk all night time. Members of staff had not told us (and by us, I am referring to another guest at the hotel) that there wouldn't be a member of staff on the reception desk all night or in the morning when I left. I was cold in my room all night, I tried to call the main line - no reply.
There was no one at the reception desk this morning to check me out so I left the door key on the reception desk.
Make sure you lock your hotel door at night because they don't lock the main door at night.

Hôtel facile d'accès. Chambre propre mais mal isolée, on entendait la télé et les quintes de toux du voisin. La restauration est a fuir absolument, c'est pire que dans une cantine. Plus d'une heure d'attente pour un plat de pâtes qui avait le goût de royco minute soup'
Bon point quand même, la douche fonctionne très bien, chaude et jet puissant.

Seul hôtel trouvé le jour même pour une famille de 4. Plus de chambre famille disponible (ok pas de problème). |Les locaux sont vieillissants surtout de l'intérieur, mériteraient un rafraîchissement. Les cloisons trop fines, un chien dans la chambre voisine nous a réveillés à 7h! Moquette au sol (pas hygiénique, si animaux acceptés).|Il n'y a pas de fenêtre dans les chambres, pas de climatisation! La porte de la chambre est une baie vitrée, puis le couloir, puis d'autres baies vitrées qui peuvent elles s'ouvrir sur l'extérieur, voir photo. |Arrivée tardive possible, c est pratique. |Concernant le petit déjeuner à 11€ c est trop cher pour ce qui est servi. Il y a le strict minimum. Et 11€ par enfant c'est excessif.. une petite participation de 4 ou 5€ maximum pour des enfants de moins de 12 ans serait le prix juste.

La chambre est juste correcte (matelas très peu épais), par contre la restauration est à fuir absolument. Le plat "chaud" m'a été servit froid, les accompagnements encore congelés. A éviter !

The airport is next door, but the rooms are quiet. Friendly staff. The room was warm and clean, and the bed was comfortable.|On enquiring whether there was tea and coffee in the room (which seems to be mainly a British thing) - there wasn't, but the lady on reception brought up a kettle and tray with cups and sachets of coffee and a selection of tea, which was greatly appreciated. Hotel parking is free.|Breakfast was 11 euros per person. It's self service, continental style. There was plenty of choice, and everything was nice and fresh. Will definitely visit again when using the airport.

A bizarre experience. We arrived at about 5 pm to find the hotel in total darkness. Finally located the front door which was locked. A notice on the door said use PiN to enter, we eventually found a code on our booking email but this didn’t work, so we phoned a contact number to be given another code which got us into a deserted hotel, our keys were on the reception desk (along with the door code). No sign of any other guests. We found our rooms which though small were perfectly adequate, clean and warm but with no tea/ coffee facilities. Luckily we had brought a picnic and wine. Slept well, went down for breakfast but not impressed by what was on offer so went to the airport cafe instead. Ever got a chance to use the pool or sauna. (Why would you?)|Big advantage was being able to walk to the airport terminal avoiding car parking charges.

Perfectly placed right next to the airport, didn't hear any planes, so sleep wasn't disturbed. Good choice for breakfast, and the staff were polite and friendly. We paid and left our car there for 4 weeks (very reasonable) it was safe and still there on our return. Would recommend.

Dès notre arrivée, on a été touchés par leur gentillesse. Ma fille était ravie avec tous les petits cadeaux qu'elle a reçus au petit-déjeuner - ça m'a fait vraiment plaisir de voir qu'ils pensent aux enfants car combien d'hôtels et restaurants de nos jours font comprendre que les enfants "ça fait du bruit" (...).
L'emplacement est top : à 100m de l'aéroport de Limoges, parfait quand on a un vol tôt le matin ! Et pas de souci pour le bruit la nuit, l'aéroport ferme donc on a très bien dormi. Zéro bruit.
Un gros plus (surtout au mois de Juillet à Limoges), c'est la piscine ! Arrivés vers 19h après la route depuis Paris, on s'est directement jetés dedans. Un vrai bonheur avec la chaleur qu'il faisait ! Et elle reste ouverte jusqu'à 21h, on a pu bien en profiter.
Le petit-déjeuner était bien fourni, la chambre parfaite pour un séjour de transition comme le nôtre, l'hôtel propre, simplement mais joliment décoré, le parking gratuit et fermé para barrière (très) appréciable, et le WiFi nous a permis de nous sentir (presque) à la maison.
Merci Laurent et Julie pour ce bon moment qui nous a mis dans le bain des vacances ! Votre accueil sympa et vos petites attentions nous ont fait plaisir. On n'hésitera pas à revenir.
PS: et puis une chose qui compte pour tout le monde, le prix de la chambre. Imbattable avec en plus un prix réduit pour le petit-déjeuner des jeunes enfants :-)
