Parfait sur toute la ligne, nous avons dégusté des plats d'exception accompagnés bien-sûr de leurs excellents Sauternes... si ravis que nous y sommes revenus le soir pour tester les plats à partager et leur plateau de fromage, au top également ! Une très belle adresse avec un service et un accueil à la hauteur de la cuisine

A drive through the wine regions of Sauternes with no particular plan allowed us to stumble across this little French restaurant. Arriving a little late and asking if they had a table meant a lot of shrugging of shoulders and chatting but then came the Oui! Who knew at the time this would end up being our best meal in 5 months of travelling through Europe. A new restaurant since it only opened in July, it’s a must visit if you are in this region. For me as a retired chef a food memory banked forever.

Je ne savais pas qu'il y avait 2 étoilés à Sauternes ( en plus de Lafaurie Peyraguey), je m'étais trompé...
Le cercle de Guiraud, servi par un grand chef, une brigade et un service de haut niveau.
Je recommande pour tous les épicuriens qui envisagent une étape à Sauternes !

Sehr schöne Lage in Sauternes mit direktem Blick aufs Chateau Giraud. Ausgezeichnetes Tasting mit drei Sauterns von Guiraud (1998,2008,2016). Hervorragendes Essen mit viel Raffinesse, werden bestimmt beim nächsten Besuch zurückkommen. Reservation ist erforderlich.
