personnel accueillant, chambre réservée le jour même, quand j'arrive (tard) à l'hôtel, la chambre est fraîche (en pleine canicule), super attention. rapport qualité/prix imbattable. emplacement pratique.

We didn't actually stay here, however, we had a very disappointing experience with a local property on booking.com , a damp, smelly awful place and we ended up at reception here as we were lost, such a lovely, kindnand helpful lady who even offered us drinks as we were struggling, having looked on their website, the rooms look modern and clean, so if in Nimes again, we shall stay here

Ok everything else was amazing the food and service great. But the rooms not so much half showers (leaked everywhere) bad a/c s that leaks. I know some one who had tons of small bugs flying around in the room.

Deux nuits consécutives.
L'accueil est exemplaire et attentioné.
Litterie de qualité, propreté, isolation sonore appréciable, quartier sans troubles publiques, proximité raisonnable du centre ville.

Je suis toujours très bien accueilli dans l’hôtel.
Il y a des valeurs de respect, d’attention porté au client et de sécurité.
Dans l’ensemble l’hôtel est propre et très bien tenu.

No parking and it's vary hard to enter to the hotel with the car. Few spaces available and nobody opens the gate for guests. I do not recommend you to stay here if you have a car.

Il manquait un frigo et un accès à l’eau (fontaine) mais l’hôtel est proche du centre ville et le personnel est très agréable ! Merci beaucoup pour ce séjour et les petites attention :)

A good hotel can be the first warm welcome when visiting a new city—and that’s exactly how I felt about this hotel and Nîmes. I didn’t have high expectations at first, based on some reviews and my initial impression of the city while driving in. However, the gentleman at reception (unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name) greeted us with such genuine hospitality that it felt like coming home. When he noticed I wanted to make tea, he kindly provided a kettle. The rest of the staff were also friendly and helpful. We spent two nights here and enjoyed exploring the charming city center, Roman ruins, and the beautiful garden.

C'est un excellent hôtel si vous recherchez un hébergement bon marché et abordable. Le centre ville est facilement accessible à pied. Le quartier n'est pas le meilleur.
Le gérant/propriétaire est très sympathique et serviable.

(Traduit par Google) Je lui donnerais 10 étoiles si je le pouvais. Le propriétaire/homme et son personnel étaient très charmants et gentils. J'ai fini par prolonger mon séjour 3 fois ???? Le propriétaire a fait de son mieux pour répondre à mes besoins. Bénissez-le! Nîmes est un endroit merveilleux. Triste de partir.

I would give it 10 stars if I could. The owner/ gentleman and his staff were so lovely and kind. Ended up extending my stay 3 times ???? The owner went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Bless him! Nimes is a wonderful place. Sad to be leaving.

Excellent hôtel, très calme, chambre spacieuse, lits confortables, grande salle de bain , équipements neufs, réceptionniste très sympathique, hôtel bien situé à quelques minutes à pied des arènes.
Je recommande à 100%.
