Pour une réservation d’un appartement avec un grand lit et un lit simple
À mon arrivée, on me donne un studio, On me dit que c’est une réservation studio, malgré le voucher présenté , avec deux lits simples collés Qui bougent et se sont écartées tout au long de la nuit.
Dommage, j’aurais préféré être averti en amont de l’indisponibilité J’aurais à ce titre pu réserver un autre hôtel.
Cependant, l’hôtel est propre et les chambres de qualité
Pros:
-Exceptional service at the reception. Efficient, helpful, polite, just great experience at check in and check out
-Great location. Not far away from the train station and very close to downtown and the tourist attraction while still feels like somewhat quiet
-Good breakfast. Breakfast was delicious and have decent selections of bread and cheese
Cons:
-The fridge in the room has this buzzing sound, which can be pretty disturbing if you are a light sleeper
-There’s construction going on near the hotel and the noise can be loud depending on the time of the day. When I was checking in during the afternoon, it was quite loud, but at 10am when leaving the hotel, the construction was quiet.
Overall a great stay!
