We were among the first guests to arrive for breakfast, yet there were no eggs available. Staff informed us they had run out—an unacceptable excuse, especially considering the restaurant does not serve lunch or dinner. This means they were aware of the shortage the day before and had an entire day to restock.
To make matters worse, a supermarket is just a one-minute walk from the property, yet no one took the initiative to replenish such a basic item. We paid for a full breakfast that included hot food options like eggs, not just a continental offering. This lack of preparation and care is simply not acceptable.
Definitely will be coming back soon.????
Destacar la amabilidad del personal. La verdad es que el hotel ha superado con creces mis expectativas de un ibis. Super recomendable.
