Wspaniale miejsce! Pyszne jedzenie, miła obsługa, estetyczne wnętrza. Bardzo wygodne materace choć przydałyby się prawdziwe kołdry puchowe (wersja na lato i cieplejszą na zimę). W hotelu można wypożyczyć rowery i popedałować do Saint Emillion pośród winnic. Piękny czas.

Let me start by saying that this is a very picturesque hotel, well located and featuring a wonderful main restaurant. Unfortunately, our overall experience fell short of what we would expect from a five-star property.
In nearly 40-degree weather, the thermostats were locked to allow only a minimal 3-degree adjustment, and the air conditioning was turned off whenever we left the room. This meant returning to an uncomfortably hot space and struggling to sleep through the night—a major issue during such extreme heat. This policy doesn’t reflect a commitment to guest comfort, and when we raised our concerns, we were simply told that it’s “even worse on the other side of the building.”
Additionally, the level of service, and the overall cleanliness did not meet expectations. We definitely felt like tourists here. If we were to do it again, we would consider a smaller, more personally run establishment.

Where to start. PLEASE realize the photos are much more luxurious than what you’ll be arriving to.
My partner and I stayed in the “ executive room castle ” ( lol ) and it fell beyond short of expectations and photos. The room smelt like mold and/or old water damage. We informed the front desk to which we basically had no reply or care.
Apart from there being ZERO view besides looking at the adjacent building next door, the shower leaked tremendously onto the floor which led to carpeted stairs ( makes sense for the gross smell ).
The pool was also not like the photos. The photos makes it seem like you’ll be arriving at a fairytale chateau in Bordeaux, with swans in a gleaming pond , a gorgeous outdoor pool and spa etc. It’s more so a rundown building with a gym the size of a closet with no windows, smelly/extremely dated rooms, mediocre service and a 1800$ bill for two nights. Our room was also beside the stairs to the restaurant so you could constantly hear staff.
Oh, and if you’d like a reso for the restaurant at your own hotel, goodluck! They don’t cater to their own guests before public reservations so we weren’t even able to have dinner there as it was ‘sold out’.
I’d highly suggest looking elsewhere for a place to stay, as a very frequent traveller this was the biggest disappointment on our recent trip.

Nous sommes loin d’une expérience 5 étoiles.
Le personnel semble peu formé.
Très beau lieu en revanche l'expérience n'est pas à la hauteur.
- Liner de la piscine qui se décolle
- Dalles de carrelages de la piscine qui ne sont pas fixées au sol (risque de chute à certains endroits, c'est dangereux)
- La carte du room service est ridicule.... (pates à la sauce tomate ou au beurre facturées 25€ ??)
- Pas de sommellerie dans le restaurant gastronomique….!
- Nous avions réserver au restaurant gastronomique le soir dans la salle, spécialement pour profiter du cadre, au dernier moment nous sommes averti que nous sommes déplacé en terrasse (certes très bien), mais on nous avait confirmer la salle 24h avant encore ! Ne pas faire de fausses promesses aux clients.
- Un soir nous n’avions pas de restaurant pour dîner, la réception nous a laissé nous débrouiller, ou sinon nous aurions mangé les pâtes sauce tomate du room service (la blague), il y a d’autres plats mais on fait rapidement le tour.
Si vous souhaitez profiter du cadre c'est très bien, si vous vous attendez à une expérience digne de certains palaces et relais chateaux : nous en sommes loin....

Les chambres sont d’une qualité remarquable.
Le spa est également très agréable, avec divers offres tel que sauna, douche à huiles essentielles, jacuzzi, etc.
L’emplacement, situé à quelques minutes de St-Emilion, est parfait.
Petit point négatif : nous voulions dîner le soir de notre venue dans le restaurant et il était déjà complet.
Pour un hôtel 5 étoiles, je trouve ça dommageable d’accueillir de la clientèle « externe » à l’hôtel, si les clients de l’hôtel se voient ensuite dans l’impossibilité de s’y rendre.
Proposer une table (par e-mail par exemple) en amont de la venue des clients pourrait être une idée et nous faire penser à réserver une table pour le soir de notre venue.
Mise à part cela, rien à redire et je recommande très fortement cet hôtel dans le lequel nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour.
