Our meal at Les Belles Perdrix was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm, attentive service that set the tone for a truly memorable evening. The setting is lovely — perched among the vineyards, with a serene and elegant atmosphere that perfectly complements the refined cuisine.
The food was exquisite, showcasing creativity, precision, and a genuine respect for local ingredients. Every dish we tried was beautifully presented and full of flavor, with an outstanding balance between sophistication and heartiness. The wine list, as expected in this part of France, was impressive and very well curated — the sommelier offered thoughtful recommendations that paired perfectly with our meal.
Service throughout was professional yet friendly, making us feel genuinely welcome and well cared for. There’s a lovely sense of calm and quiet luxury to the whole experience, and you can tell the team takes great pride in what they do.
Les Belles Perdrix is the kind of place that reminds you why dining out can be such a joy. We left feeling truly satisfied and already looking forward to returning. Highly recommended for those in the region seeking an exceptional meal in a stunning setting.

Absolutely incredible experience and lunch. The ambiance, the vineyard, the outdoor patio and dining room are all amazing. The service was friendly and professional. We noticed and appreciated the choreographed mirror service of our dishes. Large selection of wines, we chose a great Chateuneuf du Pape that's more to my taste. Totally worth a trip if you are in the Bordeaux area.

My wife and I had lunch at Les Belles During a wine tour day in Saint-Emilion. The food and service were absolutely impeccable. Great wine selection. And the view from the Terrace overlooking the vineyard was a small slice of heaven. Highly recommend a visit if you’re in the area.

Tout est parfait dans cet écrin au milieu des vignes qui appelle à la relaxation.
Arrivée dans un parking couvert, puis entrée dans un lieu tellement paisible...
Accueil irréprochable et bienveillant.
Apéritif servi en terrasse à l'ombre des arbres, un menu "échapée belle" exquis, avec des saveurs incomparables, fruits, fleurs et légumes provenant du potager, des vins au verre excellents.
Et pour finir, le café également servi en terrasse, avec ses gourmandises. Le tout en prenant le temps de déguster et d'apprécier le cadre. Un conseil : Ne prévoyez rien pour l'après-midi, pour vraiment savourer l'instant.
