This hotel is okay but could be so much better. ||Room |- Does not have block-blinds, or a fridge|- The beds are quite small, double I think|- The Air-conditioning is very average. We had the temperature set as low as possible and it was still quite warm.|- Other things like cupboard doors that don’t close properly so keep swinging open and you have to secure them with a tiny key that’s really annoying and drops out so you have to search for it… dodgy door knobs etc. Our room was ‘1985’, I think they’re all a little different.||Breakfast - There is a very basic buffet. On our first day we were offered coffee and sometime later eggs from the kitchen. On the second day it may just have been an off day for the staff but having been there for 30mins we asked for eggs as it was near 10am when breakfast finishes. The waiter returned to tell us the kitchen had finished…. This was 10.01am. Not a big deal but really come on! There were 4 tables the entire time we were at breakfast so really not busy. Things that you expect are pretty basic like water being brought to the table doesn’t just happen, you have to ask for it.||In summary the staff were mainly helpful and friendly, but the hotel, well it’s fine but with some small tweaks could be quite good. And in this price range it should better.

We had a wonderful experience at Logis de la Cadène. The food was absolutely delicious, we chose the Market Menu and were impressed by the balance, creativity, and flavors in every dish. Compliments to the chef for such a thoughtful and refined meal. A truly memorable dining experience!

I am writing to inform you how disappointed our stay was with you.
On arrival your reception was abrupt and rude . No explanation of the property or facilities was given
No help with parking offered.
There was no coffee in the room nor internet. We had to argue for 5 minutes for coffee.
That night we dined at restaurant, having booked this in April
We were shown to a small table at the rear , and were confused because we had asked for a front garden table on arrival
After changing table , the waiting and sommelierer staff were aloof, condescending and out of a bad Fawlty Towers episode. They remained angry talking beside us and the whole dinner @ over 600 USD was painful and poor.
The food was excellent but the demeanour improbable .
We left upset , I then had to have a verbal angry refusal for coffee, to be brought to the room in the morning.
Breakfast was rude. No explanation of the eggs and other dishes was given. The coffee was served cold and the staff hid, possibly sensing my concerns.
Your staff and facilities are an insult and this was confirmed with other guests. No warmth, courtesy or kindness was exuded.
