I can honestly say that my Wife and I have never been treated as well as we were at Logis de la Cadène. From the beginning to the end we had the most incredible time. It started with the support the team gave us when our flight was delayed by nearly three hours and landing past midnight. As soon as we landed they called to ensure that we knew where to go as they had organised a taxi driver for us to wait until we had landed to take us straight to the hotel. The driver also took us into our hotel and got the room key and envelope were all sorted and in the hotel which was very very helpful and reduced the stress of travel. The hotel the room was incredible and had stunning views of the town with all amenities. Breakfast was absolutely delicious with full table service too. The staff were absolutely outstanding and always so helpful. We had one of the best dinners of our lives in the restaurant with the 7 course tasting menu and wines to match, of course with the wonderful sommelier. It was an incredible experience throughout the evening from start to finish.
We couldn't recommend Logis de la Cadène highly enough to anyone looking to visit Saint-Emilion. It's in the prime position to experience many of the wine bars, restaurants and wine shops, but also for easy exit of the town to visit other wineries on the northern sign of Saint-Emilion (Pomerol for example). Also, it's very close to the tourism office which was a huge help for us too.
We can't thank the staff enough for making our trip so special and we will most definitely be returning soon!!
We couldn't recommend Logis de la Cadène highly enough to anyone looking to visit Saint-Emilion.
