We had a reservation for a tasting on a scorching hot day, after 70km of hilly cycling, and Blaise welcomed us with a carafe of cold water and a shady place to park our bikes. It was consummate kindness and hospitality! Once we caught our breath, we were treated to a wonderful, informative tour of the buildings and even one of the vinyards, where the winery's environmentally conscious and beneficial practices were visible (& fascinating)! Then, the tasting in the atmospheric cellar—such a marvelous variety of wines, and all of them were delicious, full of character and complexity. It was a fantastic experience—informative, entertaining, and in a rich historic setting. Merci beaucoup, Blaise!

Superbe visite avec Blaise qui nous a faire vivre son métier, ses vins, sa passion et les diverses facettes de son travail au domaine. Ne passez pas à côté d'une telle visite et d'une très belle dégustation.

We did a winery tour and a tasting with Blaise and we really enjoyed it! Highly recommend. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Very interesting how this winery works and the wines we tried were amazing.

Passionné et passionnant Blaise nous a conduit lors de la visite au sein du très beau domaine Massamier La Mignarde en expliquant histoire et vie du domaine de façon claire et pédagogique. Cette expérience s'est achevée par une dégustation d'excellents vins.

Merveilleuse expérience que cette visite du domaine. Blaise est un passionné du vin et un puit de connaissance. Ils cultivent le vin d'une manière unique au monde, tournée vers le futur et notamment le réchauffement climatique.
Je recommande chaudement d'en faire le tour, nous ne nous sommes pas ennuyés une seconde.

Très bon accueil dans un domaine authentique, convivial et charmant. Des vins conçus avec passion et amour du terroir. Vous pourrez y découvrir des vins extraordinaires, typiques des Minervois, comme le Garouilhas, le Domus Maximus ou encore la cuvée Aubin, et d'autres vins plus inattendus, comme le vin orange ou le Dieus ba Vól, aux goûts surprenants et uniques. Totalement séduits par leurs vins, la gentillesse et la générosité de nos hôtes, nous y reviendrons avec plaisir et nous vous invitons vivement à venir découvrir ce domaine et rencontrer cette équipe de passionnés.

Excellent moment au château Massamier la Mignarde.
Novice dans la viticulture, Blaise nous a reçu avec beaucoup de gentillesse, de pédagogie, nous a fait visiter ce domaine chargé d'histoire et nous a appris beaucoup de choses.
Nous reviendrons c'est sûr.
Je vous conseille d'aller y faire un tour, super moment pour nous.

A lot more interesting than the usual wine tasting. We learned about the history of the estate, how it is trailblazing a better way to produce grapes and had a tasting of really great wines. A great visit.

We visited the winery as part of a tour with European Waterways this April and tasted wine that was delicious - and so paid for wine and arrangements for six bottles to be shipped. No bottles ever arrived, no proof of shipment was ever forwarded, nor did I receive any communication via the email I provided to the winery. Have tried contacting the winery through their website - no reply. Tried through their Instagram account - no reply. An entirely unpleasant situation as there is no communication and no apparent desire to remedy this.

Edit: The situation has now been effectively remedied by the winery. Following a return from vacation, a helpful person found the plethora of messages and responded. All wine that was bought has been shipped and was promptly received by the proper addressee. I would not hesitate to recommend the winery, their wines - and having something shipped home or as a gift elsewhere. It is a beautiful place and their wine is lovely.

Very happy with this authentic wine tasting experience, (especially when many other vineyards in the region were not open the hours they said). We were guided by a very knowledgable Ukrainian lady and were especially impressed by the reds. We left with three bottles. Thank you.
