Im Château de Paraza erlebten wir mit unserer Reisegruppe (50 Personen) einen genussreichen Abend. Nach einer Führung im wunderbaren Schloss und den Kellereien, gefolgt von einer Weindegustation wurden wir mit einem wahrlich exquisiten Diner verwöhnt. Ein absolut einzigartiges und unvergessliches Geschmackserlebnis.
Einen grossen Dank an Lucile Danglas für dieses Highlight. Sie hat uns bei den Vorbereitungen professionell unterstützt und unseren Besuch ausgezeichnet organisiert. Eine sehr angenehme und zuvorkommende Zusammenarbeit.

Der Ort ist einen Besuch Wert. Wir haben auf der Durchfahrt haltgemacht, um Wein zu degustieren.

Pongo 4 estrellas por el gran esfuerzo de Loira, hablando muy poco español se ha defendido muy bien y nos ha echo pasar un rato estupendo. Había reservado una cata en español y cuando hemos llegado la persona que hablaba español no estaba.

Traveling down Canal du Midi this was great stop off and worth the walk to taste some fantastic wines. It is a family owner chateau and is a great representation of region. We tasted the core range for free then bought a couple of bottles to take back to the boat.
The staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed the visit

Je suis passé par hasard dans ce joli petit village, le château se trouve en plein cœur de celui-ci, le parking est facile, je n'ai pas dégusté cependant celà est possible, le service et le conseil sont impeccables, merci le vin est un délice ! L'endroit est très bien agencé et on y croise les vignerons, c'est authentique !

Lovely winery with an extensive tasting! Bubbles, white, rose, and red wines with a variety of styles. 2 levels of tasting, one has ~5 wines and is free. The other had 14 wines for a mere 9 €!!!
The staff was lovely, knowledgeable about the wines and friendly. The chateau is beautiful and is one part working winery!

Absolutely love this vineyard, if you get the chance to drink the wine in the garden, it's idyllic. Also did the prestige wine tasting and the cheese pairing. Just can't fault a thing really. A must visit!
