We made a reservation 3 weeks ago.
They decided to close without letting us know.
Because of the weather.
Great experience... unacceptable
At least letting us know or leave a message on the front door.
With all the outside signs saying they will open, is just a very bad service.
Woah
And they call me dishonest in the response below or in other reviews that were posted. Very low insult to a customer that really had a reservation on a day they decided to close.
Unbelievable and dishonest management. Does not even take responsibility for the error they made or just say sorry.
Attached the proof of calls we made on June 18.. with a 46 sec call to confirm the reservation and the 3 calls we did to check why everything was closed when we arrived.
