Produits de qualité bio et sans gluten, mais pas exclusivement végétariens. Cadre agréable aux couleurs claires et musique douce. Bon rapport qualité/prix je recommande donc cette adresse narbonnaise.

We stopped by Ma Pause Bio for lunch in Narbonne. The place is cozy with a nice atmosphere and a good selection of vegetarian and vegan options. However, we found the food a bit underwhelming. The salad was too heavy on the lettuce and lacked variety, and the wraps, while generously sized, had too much dough and not enough filling. In any case, it is a decent place if you're looking for healthy options, but the dishes could use a bit more ingredients.

I like my green bowl although the falafel is very dry, the salad is refreshing. My boyfriend ordered a Buddha bowl but the pork is nearly cooked, feel like it’s steamed instead of fried, still very rosé when he cut it, hope they can improve that.
Reasonable price, friendly service.

Great experience having lunch here whilst visiting Narbonne with my girlfriend. We googled "vegan food" and this was the top hit. We received a super friendly welcome, were asked where we would like to sit, and then served almost immediately after ordering.
We took a portion of soup to share and two burgers (labelled as veggie but suitable for vegans) which were both fantastic and full of flavour. The chef really is talented. I've never had a peanut sauce with a spicy kick before, and it really complimented the burger, which is a pea protein based patty, similar to the "Beyond" burgers which you can buy in the UK. The side salad was inventive and fresh, combining spicy flavours with tangy apple. We were super happy to have found this place and our appetites were satiated! It made our day in Narbonne perfect! Thank you so much!
