J'y suis actuellement avec ma fille, de bonnes salades et un havre de paix. Pas vu (cf comm précédent) de musique bruyante ou de café brûlé à 5 euros, plutôt le contraire !

Hemos parado un momento a tomar con café con hielo y además de estar malísimo y haberle echado azúcar sin consultar, nos ha cobrado cinco euros por café. Todo esto aderezado con música a todo volumen de acordeón.

About being unpolite, you work with people, so at least saying thanks and answering back to Hello and Bye is expected as a minimum of politeness.
About the noise, I don't know what sound level is acceptable for having accordion songs in a loop, but you should check it out...
