I hired a standard bike from this company twice during my trip to Narbonne. The bikes are very good quality (mainly CUBE) and the people working there are absolutely lovely. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I got a helmet, repair kit, maps, map holder and a lot of good advice. One day I cycled to Gruissan and Narbonne Plage which was fabulous. The next day I headed in the opposite direction, over a cool former railway bridge and up to the canal du midi. I wholeheartedly recommend this bike hire company (and I'm someone who spends a lot of time on a bike so I'm very picky!)

Highly recommend!
We hired two E Bikes and cycled to Gruissan village and then on to Gruissan beach where we had lunch. Only needed to use touring mode as it's pretty flat going. Some parts of the route were tricky with tree roots, but lots of smooth going too. They gave us a pannier, lock, map, and repair kit. Neither of us (60yrs) had ridden for years. Great service and bikes.

Les vélos sont de bonne qualité ce qui est appréciable ( confort, sacoches,...)

location d'un vtt vae de marque cube. avec casque et kit de réparation. accueil sympa. 70km sans soucis dans les chemins entre les vignes et les roches.

Friendly, easy to hire bikes, speaks (at least) French and English. We hired 3x standard and 1x electric bikes, all supplied in good working order. Helmets were provided also.

Cycling from Narbonne along the canal is easy and the path is flat. It can however be very hot in summer so take plenty of water.

We picked our bikes up from Hugo on a rainy Narbonne morning. fortunately, the sun came out and we were able to enjoy two days of riding, thanks to Hugo's helpful plasticized maps of the areas we wanted to explore. Thank you so much, Hugo, for meeting up with us at your Sea-Can set up so close to the famous Les Halles of Narbonne.

Superbe découverte avec nos 2 enfants, cette ballade en vtt électrique avec du bon matériel et les explications de Hugo ainsi que son professionnalisme l ont rendu très agréable et les enfants souhaitent déjà recommencer pour les prochaines vacances scolaires.

Nous avons loué dans un premier temps pendant une journée deux vélos électriques à Hugo qui est de très bon conseil , les vélos sont de grande qualité , légers, confortables et avec une très bonne assistance. Deux jours après nous sommes partis en en randonnée avec Hugo cette fois comme guide qui nous a fait découvrir de très beaux parcours en vtt cette fois et avons appris beaucoup sur l’histoire, le territoire la faune et la flore narbonnaise : encore un grand merci Hugo

Nos atendió genial y, aunque nuestro francés es limitado, le pedimos que nos hablara poco a poco para aprender y pudimos interactuar. Nos sugirió rutas y las bicis iban genial!

I have hired a VTC from Languedoc VTT evasion on two separate occasions, the first time in December 2019 and more recently in December 2022. Hugo provided an excellent service. The bike was delivered to the front door of the place that I was staying. The bike was in excellent condition and a range of tools and an anti-theft lock were also provided in addition to a cycle helmet. Hugo responded to all email enquiries very quickly and both he and his partner were friendly and courteous. Highly recommended.
