We were lucky enough to stay here as part of our bike trip to Sète. As we checked in, I watched numerous dishes passing from the kitchen to the dining area. Everything looked beautifully presented. Then I saw several guests personally stopping to thank the Chef. Diners seemed genuinely wowed by the food. Dinner was included in our stay. It was after our appetizer that we discovered the chef had worked at Le Crillon in Paris. We loved the creativity of the poached egg served carbonara style on a bed of confit onions with lardons and a Parmesan wafer. Our main dish was an exceptionally tender roulade of pork belly served on a bed of eggplant and other vegetables. The sauce was perfect. Dessert was a flambéed creme Catalan. This is truly a destination restaurant. Our room was spacious with a very comfortable bed and futon. The owners were very gracious and hospitable.

Accueil chaleureux, chambre très agréable avec petite terrasse confortable. Une excellente literie. L'emplacement dans Lagrasse est idéal. Terrasse avec très belle vue et repas fin, recherché et préparé avec de très bons produits. De très bons conseils sur le vin. Un couple de passionnés très sympathiques.

Très belle découverte ! Les plats étaient délicieux, bien présentés et faits avec des produits frais. Le service a été vraiment top : souriante attentionnée et rapide, tout en restant discrete. L’ambiance est agréable et chaleureuse. J’y retournerai avec plaisir, je recommande vivement !

Très belle découverte ! Les plats étaient délicieux, bien présentés et faits avec des produits frais. Le service a été vraiment top : souriante, attentionnée et rapide, tout en restant discrète . L’ambiance est agréable et chaleureuse. J’y retournerai avec plaisir, je recommande vivement !
