What a great restaurant! They played Blues all the time which we really enjoyed! Though the noise level generally was high and I had forgotten my hearing aids! Our Waitress was very attentive and helped us understand the menu as we are English, and my French is not perfect. She speaks quietly, however, so I had a bit of a struggle to hear. Something got lost in translation and only one entree appeared. Communication was incomplete so the waitress ordered it after our enquiry. Eventually My husband's amazing salad did arrive! It had sausage and various cheeses, many ingredients and was generous and he loved it! I really enjoyed my fish starter with a boule of possibly mango ice cream, red endive leaves &great attention to detail. It was delicious. The main course was a little disappointing after this as I couldn't have some vegetables owing to allergies so was served a whole fish with frites. No herbs or oils were offered and I was useless at filleting it. Next time I will ask! It was delicious though. The Creme brûlée and panacotta were both excellent. We would go again!
