Slightly difficult to actually go to the restaurant or the bar. Seems like they focus just on the hotel side of things. Shame.

Ambiance et décoration superbe si vous aimez la vie de château ! Au calme. Chambre standard petite, très propre et confortable, et une vue magnifique sur le jardin et la rivière (201) - animaux très bien perçus car panier et gamelles à dispo dans la chambre (1ere fois que l’on voit ça). Parking extérieur gratuit non surveillé. |Personnel disponible, souriant et attentif. Très bonne table ! |Le petit déjeuner mériterait un jus d orange pressé frais et un peu plus de quantité et choix. |Les alentours sont jolis pour ceux qui aiment la nature : gorges, rivières et forêt mais la ville est sans intérêt et triste.

Un hôtel magnifique si vous aimez les ambiances atypiques et les châteaux. Une vue incroyable sur le jardin et la rivière. Tres calme, très propre et confortable. Une très bonne table pour le dîner et un personnel disponible, très aimable et accueillant. Les animaux sont vraiment les bienvenus avec même quelques attentions pour eux : panier et gamelles dans la chambre. Seul bémol la ville est sans intérêt toutefois si vous bougez facilement en voiture et que vous aimez la nature alors vous apprécierez la région : gorges, forêt, rivière

La vie de château, une pépite dans notre beau département de l'Aude. Mon 4ème séjour, la magie opère toujours. Mention spéciale pour l'accueil chaleureux et le personnel aux petits soins. À taille humaine, au calme. Table gourmande et petit déjeuner parfait. Hâte d'y revenir ????

This is solely for the food at the restaurant that we ate in, and not the hotel. ||But...I simply had to write a review because of how disgusting the meal was. Genuinely one of the worst meals of my life. The food was trying way too hard, yet it had a very small menu, so minimal complicated dishes. Just tried to be too fancy. e.g. 3 different sauces on each plate, multiple textures, and yet the fish or meat was overcooked. Also - 7 tables eating and two waiters...who made it seem like there were 70 tables. Fawlty Towers esque and neither of them bothered ot ask why none of the 6 of us finished any of our plates each course. We genuinely were laughing about the meal just past on the way home.
