It was our wedding anniversary so we wanted somewhere romantic and it did not disappoint. The hotel is an authentic historical experience. Dinner was fantastic, breakfast not so much. Pool was lovely and the gardens beautiful. Staff friendly and helpful especially Guierm at reception who speaks several languages, was particularly nice and a great source of local information

Great location just out of Carcassonne and easily reached from motorway - we stayed on our way from Sarlat to Provence |Lovely welcome and assistance from William - Old fashioned but large clean and well equipped bedrooms and suites. The restaurant attached was a pleasant surprise and we were very impressed with their range of food, service, wine from their vineyard and value older|Money
