La atención del personal fue excelente desde el inicio de la reserva hasta el check-in en Castelnaudary. Sebastian nos hizo la formación inicial y fue muy amable con nosotros. Incluso al día siguiente nos ayudó en la primera esclusa. Los paisajes son increíbles y el paso por las esclusas es muy divertido. El primer día se empieza con algo de miedo pero se le coge muy rápido el tranquillo a la conducción. Pasamos 6 días de crucero hasta Trèbes sin ningún percance. La única pega de este tipo de vacaciones es el olor constante a gasóleo dentro del barco. Tuvimos que dormir todos los días con las ventanas abiertas. En el puerto de Trèbes tuvimos la mala suerte de encontrarnos con un grupo de jóvenes de fiesta en los bares del puerto que nos tuvieron despiertos hasta las 5:30h de la madrugada. El resto del viaje precioso.

Magníficas vacaciones en familia. Los barcos están muy bien acondicionados y con todas las comodidades. El equipo de Leboat te lo deja en bandeja para solo ocuparte de disfrutar. Seguro que volveremos a repetir con Leboat en cualquier otro destino, (por no repetir). Enhorabuena al equipo de Castelnaudary

Recepción y personal muy amables. Rafael nos enseñó el barco y se esforzó en español (gracias)
Ahora viendo los comentarios de otros pasajeros vemos que no solo el nuestro tiene problemas. Parece falta de mantenimiento, pero lo peor es que cuando nos lo dieron ya lo debían de saber . El timón/ dirección del barco no obedece orden, por tanto la navegación no es relajada. En 24h nos quedamos sin agua y volvimos a puerto a cargar, creíamos que se habían olvidado de llenar el tanque pero es que estaba rota la válvula de seguridad , 18h fin de servicio técnico , nos ofrecieron cena gratis por compensación de no tener agua ese día . La solucion era al día siguiente reparar a las nueve, pero a las diez aún no había solucion. Al final, hartos de estar en puerto Castelnaudary dejamos el barco unidos días antes, no hubo descuento! 115€ combustible un día y medio. Lastima

All in all we had a great time cruising the canal. The check in/out was smooth and efficient, the driving lesson we got was useful and the guide book to the route and amenities was really useful. However, the boat itself did not meet our expectations. It was really old, compared to all the other boats. The staff told us that the boat was so old that we could basically do anything to it (except sink it) and it wouldn’t matter. The sun shade was missing and this was a real issue during our travel. There was a simple umbrella but this was not suitable for a boat because it kept blowing away with the wind. The staff told us the boat was too small for a sun shade but we saw the same boat from another company with a sun shade, so this was not true. I realise we booked ‘budget’ but it really did feel ‘budget’ and we expected more for a rental fee of over 2000 eur for one week. When I told the staff at check out that the boat did not meet our expectations, they simple asked us to give a 10 feedback score anyway.
