Superbe site au milieu des vignes avec vue sur le Pyrénées. La cuisine est simple, familiale mais avec de très bon produits. L'équipe de jeunes serveurs est très dynamique et à la disposition permanente des consommateurs. Vaut le détour.

Excellent starter and dessert but the “piece of boeuf” badly let down the meal - covered in sinew, spent more time fighting the meat than eating it. A real shame as a very enjoyable experience otherwise.

The location is beautiful and we enjoyed a drink outside but it was a long time before we got to our table
Entres were good but I had the veggie burger and it was cold. Sent it back and heard the microwave ping just before it was brought back to me. Chips scalding hot, middle of burger still cold
By then my husband had finished his meal and I sent mine away asking not to have it back
We weren’t charged for the burger but there was no apology
Extremely disappointed

What a fabulous resurant, the location and views are to die for. The lunchtime food was wonderful and very good value. The wine is second to non. The young staff were very attentive and professional. I am almost reluctant to write such a review just in case everyone then flocks to this resturant, it truly deserves an add to your resturants to visit list. We will be back, many times

Déjeuner très agréable en famille, la formule menu du midi est très bien, les plats très bons et le service parfait , le tout avec une vue magnifique sur les Pyrénées. Juste un peu bruyant lorsque le restaurant est plein. Nous reviendrons c'est sûr.

Our favorite place we visited while in Carcassone area! Amazing panoramic view of the Pyrénées, vines, and olive groves. Wonderful food, delicious flavors and beautiful presentation. We got the fixed menu that came with a tuna starter, Caesar salad, fish or duck plate, and a dessert. Organic wine from the domaine was available and we tried two of the whites. Servers were super friendly and patient with us Americans insisting we try to speak French.

4 étoiles pour laisser toujours une marge de progression ! Nos escapades sur Limoux passent par Gayda où effectivement la cuisine, le service et l'ambiance nous conviennent parfaitement. Et aux beaux jours, le spectacle des vignes, des oliviers et aux loin des sommets des Pyrénées occitanes nous en met plein la vue. A bientôt.
