Excellent your with guide Gail, who was very friendly and knowledgeable. First we walked the olive groves and then the factory to see how olives are grown, collected and turned into olive oil. Finally a tasting like no other, first various olives (all delicious) and then olive oils (all unique too). A great shop with all sorts of produce at the end of the tour. Well done!!! A great tour
