Conservatoire des parfums .Une immersion dans 2000 ans d’ histoire du parfum ; sans doute unique au monde . 4.000 parfums dont 800 disparus - Fougère Royale (1884)- Le Chypre de la maison Coty ( 1917 ) - le parfum de Napoléon à Saint Hélène - Sentir tous ces témoins du passé ….c’ est magique ???? Se renseigner pour les horaires et conférences

There are no opening hours and very little contact information. You can go on the website and send a message but who knows how effective that is. Entry requires an appointment only.

Update: I received a reply fairly timely it was very passive aggressive. "Thank you for your message, and above all for your nice comment on Google.

We are not a public institution or museum. Our private archive open the doors only upon private appointments or during the public sessions, or special events AGENDA is on the website, like all CONTACT informations.

Have a nice day."

I am happy to be the person to help people understand the nature of this private institution. Since it is unclear, it is important for me to prevent others from having a similar experience as I did. Traveling is costly and the location of this facility is waaay of the mainstream beaten path. Only someone with a passion for such things would make such an effort. Let it be known by the behavior the mindset of the people who run this "private institution." I hope other people receive a better reception and can learn from my mistakes. It is sad I was unable to experience that which so many describe as they do in their reviews.

To say I am amazed is an understatement. Taking a private tour of the facility suited right in the heart of ISIPCA. I enjoyed exploring the real history of Perfumery from long lost fragrances to extinct/discontinued raw materials. Osmothèque is all it!! I hope to be back soon.
