Es un imperdible, esta vez me ocurrió que como hay mantenimientos, no fue tan impactante ver las fuentes apagadas no es bueno y sí que hay que recomendar mantenimiento urgente al interior, se ve deterioro en muchas de las exhibiciones, hay que entender lo antiguo, pero creo que es espectacular igual!

Super, much larger area than expected, main palace is a plus, other locations nice but samey so can be skipped if on a flying visit..... bicycle probably best to see everythiing

Versailles è senza dubbio un luogo magnifico, ma l’interno della reggia era così affollato da rendere difficile godersi davvero la visita: un accesso a numero chiuso migliorerebbe molto l’esperienza. All’ingresso abbiamo avuto problemi perché il biglietto – acquistato su un sito partner ufficiale – doveva essere per forza in PDF, e con poca linea è stato complicato scaricarlo. Dopo aver fatto diversi tentativi sotto il sole, siamo riuscite ad aprirlo, ma al momento di mostrarlo, uno degli addetti ha reagito con un’espressione piuttosto infastidita. Non dico che dovesse farci i complimenti, ma almeno evitare certe facce sarebbe stato il minimo, visto lo stress che anche noi stavamo vivendo. Organizzazione e accoglienza migliorabili.

Her detayıyla tarih kokan bir yer. İnanılmaz büyük ve 2-3 saat en az ayırmanız gerekmektedir. Ulaşım için metro 9 son duruğı olan pont de serves durağında inip 5 dk yürüme ile 171 otobüsüne ulaşabilirsiniz. 171 ile direkt bu saraya ulaşabilirsiniz. Gezerken, Sarayın uygulamasını indirerek harita ile gezmeniz önemli, kaçırabiliyorsunuz çünkü gezilecek yerleri. Her odanın ayrı bir tarihi hikayesi var, işlemeler ve sanat eserleri harika. Ayrıca biletimizi bahçeyi de içerecek şekilde almanız önemli. Bahçesi çok büyük ve yine bir harita ile gezilmesi gerekiyor.

Версаль — это не просто дворец, это воплощение королевской роскоши, величия и истории Франции. Прогуливаясь по залам дворца, невозможно не восхищаться богатством, зеркальным залом и декоративными деталями, каждая из которых рассказывает о эпохе Людовика XIV.
Сады Версаля — отдельное произведение искусства. Идеально ухоженные аллеи, фонтаны, клумбы и скульптуры. Особенно впечатляет музыкальное шоу фонтанов.(всем советую быть в удобной обуви или даже в кроссовках????)

Must see in Paris for any history buff. Beautiful palace of the Sun King and his heirs. Plan for a half day to enjoy this beautiful national treasure of France.

I visited the Palace of Versailles in May, and it was a wonderful experience. The spring weather was perfect—mild and sunny—ideal for exploring both the palace and its vast gardens.

The interiors were stunning, especially the Hall of Mirrors and the royal apartments. The estate wasn’t overly crowded, which made the visit comfortable.

Palacio impresionante. Imprescindible visitarlo si estás en París.
Recomiendo ir en tren por 2,5e y ahorrarte el parking.
Tienen una app gratuita que tiene audioguías de cada estancia del palacio.
Reserva con antelación las entradas y tienes que asegurarte de que incluyan los jardines.

Plan to spend your entire day here. We were there 6 hours and feel like we did not get all the stuff in. Beware if you go during the musical fountain times, you will need to purchase a ticket for kids under 18 to see the gardens. We did not know that and had to buy a ticket there but it was well worth it. Don't throw away your ticket inside, you will need it for the grounds to walk around outside. Great visit!

Visited the Château de Versailles and honestly… I’m still recovering from the royal glow-up.

The palace doesn’t whisper elegance — it screams it in gold leaf and mirrors. From the Hall of Mirrors to the endless gardens, everything is so extra… but in that perfectly French way. You don’t walk through Versailles. You glide. Or at least pretend to while checking if your jaw is still on the marble floor.

As someone who struggles to keep my bedroom tidy, seeing Louis XIV’s place made me realize: maybe I just need a few fountains and a sculpture garden to pull it all together.

The whole experience is a decadent dive into French history, drama, and decorative ambition. Versailles isn’t just a palace — it’s a humble reminder that less is not always more (especially if you’re a Sun King).

Would I go back? Oui, oui, et encore oui. Versailles isn’t just a tourist spot — it’s a royal mood.

AWESOME and absolutely breathtaking property, or shall I say Palace. You won't be able to take it all in on one tour. Just takes lots of pictures. I highly advise you to rent a cart from the on-site rentals to tour the gardens. There reasonably priced and the only way you'll tour this massive property.

This is more of a tourist attraction catch then to see how they really lived. Hardly anything staged furniture wise, can’t see most of the palace and tickets are separate between the palace and garden area.
Things were not very clean either.
The gardens looked like they were probably nice but we were not spending more money after the flop of seeing the palace part.
Very under whelming, would not recommend. There are many other castles and large old buildings in Paris and France that are much better to see.
