I am really disappointed. We booked a water bike session online at the end of our holiday in August 2024. We received an email from the organisation to say the water levels were too low. They gave us the option of rebooking or having a refund. We were going home the day after the booking, so asked for a refund. We got home and no refund had arrived into our account. We have emailed them countless times and they have not responded, terrible customer services and we are still out of pocket. There are plenty of other great places to visit in this area, I would suggest avoiding this particular tourist attraction! I would not recommend them.

Nous avons passé une superbe matinée au Moulin de Porchères avec Cathy, une guide exceptionnelle et passionnée. Elle a su rendre la visite captivante du début à la fin. Nous avons également eu la chance de fabriquer nos propres baguettes, une expérience ludique et enrichissante. Mes beaux-parents ont adoré cette activité, c’était un moment convivial et mémorable. Je recommande vivement cette visite !

Très agréable visite du moulin ! Les personnes explique très bien l histoire du moulin !
Nous avons eu une démonstration de fabrication de pain avec un ancien boulanger très très gentil ! Merci pour cette belle rencontre
