Hands down the best food within a large radius. We had the summer menu ceviche which was literally the best ceviche we have ever had having travelled the world; the veal which was also perfectly prepared and outstandingly executed; the special fish on this day was also outstanding. It is sad that tourist visit aggressively mediocre restaurants in St Emilion in the age of free flowing information.

Nous avons déjà déjeuné dans ce restaurant et voulions faire partager le plaisir en offrant un bon cadeau à nos proches. 3 formules dont 1 avec un montant libre. Quel ne fut pas notre surprise de voir que le montant libre ne commence qu'à 100
euros !!! A utiliser en 1 seule fois en plus alors que les menus du midi ne sont qu'à 29€ !!! Par téléphone il m'a été répondu qu'il fallait se déplacer en ayant pris préalablement RDV car la responsable n'était pas disponible tout le temps. Cela nous permettra de découvrir un autre restaurant plus compréhensif et plus commercial.

We were so looking forward to dining at this restaurant. We drove from St Emilion to Pomerol when the restaurant opened at 7:30pm. The settings are casual and unpretentious. The taste was delicious but we expected the dishes to be more of a fusion between Asian and French influences. Overall, we would perhaps come back for lunch instead.
