Me and my wife were trying to sleep but people that stayed at a room below us were making a lot of noise. I called the reception and asked if they could talk to these people and ask them to lower their voices. The boy from the reception came outside to check but said that they were not making a lot of noise and walked away.
Update:
As the loud noises continued me and my wife walked to the reception and wanted to talk with the same boy. The boy was clearly afraid to go and talk with the guests at room 003 , and basically did not want to help us and said that there was nothing he could do. We then asked for the manager to which he replied that the manager was a sleep and didnt want to call him. We asked if he could please give us another room, which was not possible according to him.
A bit later someone from the emergency services showed up ( that was somehow connected to the hotel ) and tried to help us. I showed him a recording of the noise, But even this guy did not dare to knock on the guests door (003), but atleast he tried to check if there was another room available for us which was sadly not the case. We were sent back to our room and were advised to not knock on the door of 003 because they could possibly armed (this was based on the names of the guests and their drug use).
Never want to visit this hotel again.

Hôtel bien placé mais bruit des voitures qui passent devant l'hôtel.
Bon dîner, service rapide.

Même si nous aurions aimé que votre expérience soit plus agréable, vos retours et impressions sont très importants pour nous, car ils nous aident à améliorer nos services au quotidien.
