The lady at the reception desk upon our arrival was very unhelpful. Every bit of information had to be pulled out of her. I speak French so it wasn't due to a language barrier. The rooms were in a bad state. Our chargers kept on falling out of the flimsy sockets, the paint was peeling, there were 2 little towels for a three-person room, the shower cradle had been broken for a while judging by the rust, the shower taps were so stiff it was hard to get the shower to stop, when you try to sign in to the WI-FI you are told to go back to reception, which by then had closed for the night, to verify your room number. The reasonable breakfast and friendly lady at the desk in the morning were a welcome surprise in an otherwise very bad experience.
La atención muy afectuosa y atenta.
Pero la ubicación....,a mi personalmente no me gustó nada. Un barrio sucio, caótico y muy ruidoso por la noche, creo que incluso hubo alguna pelea callejera, sino en el recinto hotelero, en los otros 2 colindantes (Kyriad e Ibis).Otras reseñas señalan que es práctico por lo céntrico que es. Yo solo estaba de paso y no lo pude comprobar, pero lo dicho, no me sentí a gusto ni tranquilo ni siquiera paseando al perro por la noche.
Una lástima, porque el hotel está muy bien y la chica de recepción muy amable
