We went in to get a French baguette on our way to Gare du Nord. The lady behind the counter was so friendly! We saw the tarte tatins in front of the window when we left the shop , and went back in to get 2 pieces , explained that we would eat them in the train back home. she packed the slices very decently, separately, added an extra cookie and a spoon on top of the tarte tatins for free. delightful artisanal shop, wonderful friendly lady at thz counter and very tasty bread and tarte tatins! next time in paris, i will make sure to go visit the bakery again !!!
