J’ai passé un très bon moment dans ce restaurant. La nourriture était délicieuse et le service très sympathique. L’ambiance est agréable, je reviendrai avec plaisir !

Incredible pastries. While they have a few 'American' specialties like donuts and babka, which is unique in Paris, the croissant was the best pastry we tried. A long line but worth the wait. Magnificent!

Nice bakery in Paris! I wanna buy everything! Come early in the morning so you get the breads really fresh!

Location: It is located around 45 Rue Condorcet. It’s just a bakery with no seating inside. Great display of breads and pastries! You would want to buy everything. I came early and there was no line.

Service: not much interaction, just pay and go.

Food: Everything was good and fresh!

CROISSANT: so flaky and soft inside! Best I had!! And it was huge!

BABKA: another favorite! The chocolate inside is not too sweet! They weigh it so depends on how heavy it is that is what you are going to pay.

PAN AU CHOCOLAT: well its like croissant combined with babka. The bread is flaky with bits of that chocolate.

Price rating: 6/10. It was not expensive.

Definitely will come back to try other breads and pastries they have.

If you want to stand in a queue for half of the day go for it. In our opinion not worth your time and there are better, faster options

Possibly the best croissants and pain au Chocolat I had in my life (and I am rather picky about them). Ridiculously good. I cannot recommend enough.

Croissant délicieux. Bien beurré mais pas trop. J’y retournerai fréquemment

Roulé cannelle était bon mais un peu décevant concernant son prix. Personnellement je l’ai trouvé un peu sec… peut être car je suis allée trop tard dans la journée.

The bread here is so good! Got baguette traditionelle , croissants and pain au chocolate. They all were great. The wait is long because this shop is trending on the socials but worth the wait . Pro tip: go early for fresh crispy goods!

Worth the hype — the ham and cheese role was actually heavenly (€4.90)! Croissant was good (I’m not huge croissant guy, so I probably couldn’t appreciate it).

There was a queue, but it was finished in <10 mins.

Heard that this had the best croissant in Paris so obviously had to come check it out.
The place was easy to find. There was a line outside, but I got in after around 10 minutes. Everything inside looked and smelt delicious. There are no tables so you just pick things to-go.
I bought The croissant (1.40€) and a cookie (3.60€). The croissant was everything I hoped it would be, soft but with a bit of a crunch on the outside, big and fluffy, easy to pull apart and so very amazing. The cookie was soft and chocolate-y but maybe not as gooey as I was expecting. Still very delicious and definetly enough to satisfy the sweet tooth.
Would recommend this place for everyone and I will definetly go back to try more of their pastries.

This is a wonderful bakery, the croissant, the sandwiches and pain aux chocolate was phenomenal. Highly recommend it. They have an m almond croissant that is beyond delicious. They have no done in and there is a queue but it’s worth the wait

Franchement meilleurs beignets jamais goûté, les donuts du mois de mai étaient incroyables, les babkas jen achète un entier à chaque fois etc. Mais vous pouvez debriefer vos serveurs autant que vous voulez sur la bienveillance avec les clients, avec le rythme que vous leur imposez c’est impossible de rester bienveillant, de ne pas parler mal aux clients, de traiter les parisiens du quartier comme des touristes (“il faut faire la queue madame”, quand tu viens récupérer une commande, non on ne fait pas la queue pour payer). Ce rythme crée une agressivité parisienne chez vos serveurs que nous essayons de fuir en allant à notre “boulangerie de quartier”. Ils sont “on edge”, la moindre critique les rend encore plus agressifs, et du coup toute l’expérience client est foutue. Je suis certaine que vous essayez de faire en sorte d’éviter cet effet pervert (beaucoup de clients / touristes dans un MINI espace -> serveurs crevés -> serveurs désagréables) mais ce que vous faites ne suffit pas, en tout cas j’ai enchainé les mauvaises experiences et décidé d’écrire ce commentaire. Force à vous, je ne viendrai/commanderai plus à Condorcet. À Chateau d’eau, pas de sujets (spoiler alert : il y a plus d’espace pour respirer!!!!)
