Ligging perfekt nabij parkeergarage Madeleine. Alles goed aan te lopen of per step of Uber bereikbaar. Komen er zeker nog een keer om Parijs te bekijken.

Tranquilidad de la habitación y comodidad de las camas. Tiene una ubicación excelente para ir caminando a diversos lugares de interés. El personal es muy atento y dispuesto. Repetiría sin dudarlo.

Nice hotel, very good location, kind and professional staff.

This hotel is overall very disappointing. It's easy to be fooled by the photos which seem charming enough, but actually you'll meet several annoyances during your stay here: poor service, poorly regulated temperature, and very poorly soundproofed rooms. For this purpose I have attached my own photos of the hotel. The reception area is pleasant enough. However in the rooms, the walls are thin and the windows are not soundproofed at all. We had many sleepless nights here (loud mopeds in the street, shouting, loud relations in the other rooms, crashing and banging next door, and general noise all night). I would go so far as to say most nights we got very poor sleep. Beds were ok. Mornings were disturbed with machinery and pneumatic drilling. Inside the hotel, our "do not disturb" sign was routinely ignored and reception would make a point of calling the room if we said no thank you to the maid (due to total lack of sleep). More disturbances! We decided upon consideration that this hotel must falsely inflate their reviews. Many of the poor reviews receive a sassy, discrediting reply, with little professional sincerity, much like the attitude of staff during a stay here. Extremely hot temperature in the room too through the night, and the night reception told us they are "not allowed" to change the aircon setting to cool, JUST in case other guests might get cold. We were sweltering. No complimentary normal hotel items, such as cotton buds, cotton pads, shower caps or even a nail file - I asked specifically and was told "not really". A totally empty "Rituals" branded toiletries tray, they instead use generic shampoo and handwash glued to the wall in a plastic container, and very stingy offering of teabags. To our relief, we booked Hotel Maison Nabis for the latter part of our Paris stay and it was by far superior and far more stylish.

Hotel is exactly what you expect it to be from the website, very friendly and helpful staff.

Stayed here for four nights. Nice staff, reasonable buffet breakfast (€20) and nice interior. Would love to stay again :-)

Hôtel calme et très bien placé. Literie confortable mais pièces communes et privées quelque peu étriquées.

Avoid this disgusting hotel at all cost. It is not 4 star. Don’t be mislead by the pictures of the rooms and hotel. Prices they charge are too high for the service they provide. Here are the details:
1. Terrible breakfast with old sausages and vegetables, they put same food every day.
2. Tiny rooms with ugly design and uncomfortable beds. Everything is outdated.
3. Tiny hotel reception with no place to just sit in the lobby.
4. The elevator stopped working on day of checkout and we had to go to 5th floor and back with our luggage.
5. Arrogant receptionist Sharif who refused to help carry our luggage from 5th floor saying he has back problems and that his job is to be at reception. This is the most rude receptionist I have ever encountered.
