Location fantastica, con grande attenzione al cliente, cortesia e pulizia impeccabili! Mi sono sentita come a casa: letto comodo, stanza spaziosa e un bagno super, con il bidet incorporato al WC e, finalmente, uno specchio illuminato come si deve.|Un'esperienza da ripetere!

Un hôtel 4 étoiles avec un Petit déjeuner payé d'avance mais qu'il n'a pas été possible de prendre car la salle de restauration est très très petite. J'ai noté deux étoiles le service pour cette raison. Le personnel était agréable et accueillant

The hotel is absolutely delightful! It really has it all, location, ambience, comfort, amenities, great staff. I arrived very early in the morning and the lovely lady checking me in was so kind and caring that she arranged for my room to be readied first thing and in the meantime I was offerred coffee and somewhere comfortable to hang out. I ended up being able to have my room from 9am! The room itself was so lovely with beautify artwork and soft furnishings. The room has a minibar and there are several grocery stores a short walk away along with lots of nice restaurants and casual eateries. The bathroom had a bath and shower and separate WC. Nice large towels and luxurious amenities. There was a handwritten note and welcome gift waiting on the bed when I arrived along with yum french caramels on the pillows. The location is beyond perfect, metro close by, walking distance to the louvre and place vendome, also lots of great shopping including galleries lafayette, chanel etc. The staff are always there to help you should you need it. You will love this hotel!!!
