I recently visited Paris for the first time and stayed at Hotel Bienvenue. I loved the beautiful decor, the proximity to metro lines/buses, and enjoyed the breakfast too. It was a wonderful stay.

On the fist night I checked into hotel,My cash (2600 Euro ) was stolen from safe box inside the room.I went out to eat for 2 hours and when i got back,I put the safe password and it gave me error.That means it had been reset by reception when I was out.I called the reception and the guy called Ahmed came upstairs very grumpy and said you probably had forgotten your password. he did reset the safe again.Then I realized that 2600 EURO cash i had is not in safe box anymore.went to police station and reported the case.The CEO and duty manager of BIENVENUE Hotel did not take any responsibility for this issue.As i did not feel safe anymore in the hotel,I had to leave and check in to another hotel.They did not give me full refund for my stay.Sophie (CEO) said either stay here or you have to Pay for the fist night you stayed. unbelievable. 4 star hotel that has not any camera in the corridors. and they have keys and not cards to go inside the room.So technically they make it easy for anyone to go inside your room.never ever go there.

Fui hace unas semanas con mi marido a París para celebrar nuestra luna de miel y pasamos una de las noches en este maravilloso hotel. Hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera un recuerdo inolvidable. La habitación espectacular con Hammam, el personal muy amable y el hotel estaba decorado precioso, además del patio que parece de cuento de hadas.
Lo recomendamos muchísimo y sin duda repetiríamos la estancia.

Stayed here for one night and the amour of problems was a joke … the heating don’t work during December , window didn’t close properly allowing a breeze in … one socket didn’t work, a wall was bubbling and crumbling from previous water damage and left a smell of it … then I had dirty towels … tbh I stayed here twice and both times the heating didn’t work … I feel as if the hotel is now over ratted and just lacking room quality services

Je tiens une chambre d'hote, la propreté, je sais ce que c'est. Hotel top à tous les niveaux. Chambre confortable, propre, tranquille. Personnel top aussi. Rien à redire. Quartier tranquille, hotel bien placé. J'apprécie le plateau de courtoisie, le nettoyage pro. Les clients sont bruyants dans les escaliers mais on entend rien dans les chambres, ouf ! merci aux propriétaires de cet hote, je reviendrai ! Les cerises sur le gâteau : un code pour obtenir une réduction pour le prochain séjour et une boite de chocolats déposée sur le lit pour Noël : ) MERCI !!!!

Fabulous hotel, it was spotless, very pretty, quiet and staff were very helpful.
We had a triple room which was quite large and again was absolutely spotless, change of linen and towels every day.
The hotel was in a great location, train and metro very close by and also places of interest and attractions were within walking distance.
I would highly recommend this hotel.

Concernant la chambre, une petite deception, petite et pas tres moderne.
